These Terms and Conditions apply to the Be Your Brand event hosted by Dr Ant Webb. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms in a spirit of ownership and accountability.
1. Event Details and Tickets
- Date and Time: The event takes place on 16 April 2026.
- Schedule: Doors open for networking at 9:30 am, and the main presentations run from 10:00 am until approximately 3:00 pm.
- Location: The event is held at the Village Hotel at the bottom of Bluebell Hill.
- Ticket Pricing:
- Standard: £49.
- Standard VIP: £75.
- VIP Perks: VIP tickets include a guaranteed front-row seat, personalised books from speakers, and a one-to-one session with a speaker of your choice.
- Lunch: Optional food grab bags are £6 and must be selected at the point of ticketing.
- Dietary Options: You may choose from veggie, non-veggy, or gluten-free options.
2. Data Sharing and Privacy
- Sponsor Disclosure: By attending, you agree that your contact details will be shared with our event sponsors and preferred partners.
- Lead Capture: If you participate in Slido interactive sessions during the event, your name and email will be shared with the specific speaker delivering that session to facilitate follow-up.
- CRM Usage: Data is stored and managed within our CRM system to ensure consistent communication and support for your business growth.
3. Filming and Photography
- Content Recording: The entire event is being video recorded and photographed to create marketing materials and speaker showreels.
- Consent: Your attendance serves as consent to be filmed or photographed for these promotional purposes.
4. Charity Partnership
- Mid Kent Mind: We are proud to support Mid Kent Mind.
- Donations: A portion of the event profits will be donated to help them support mental wealth and productivity for entrepreneurs.
5. Logistics
- Parking: The venue provides free parking for up to 400 vehicles all day.
- Refreshments: Free tea, coffee, and water are provided throughout the location all day long.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
- Policy: Tickets are generally non-refundable as funds are used to cover event costs and charity donations.
- Transfers: However, tickets are fully transferable if you wish to send another business owner in your place.
